For Cash on Delivery, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

For online/digital payments, payment must be completed successfully before the order is processed.

3. Pricing & Charges

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, if any, will be shown clearly before confirming the order.

4. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation through the app or WhatsApp.

If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with payment details.

5. Failed or Pending Payments

In case of failed or pending transactions, the order may not be processed.

Any amount deducted due to technical issues will be refunded as per the bank or payment provider’s timeline.

6. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund timelines depend on the payment provider and bank policies.

7. Security

We do not store your card or payment details.

All digital payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

8. Changes to Payment Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app.
