Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery or purchase.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Perishable items (such as food, vegetables, dairy, or frozen items) are not eligible for return unless damaged at the time of delivery.

3. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued:

As store credit, based on customer preference and payment mode.
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
4. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is available, we will replace the item instead of refunding, as per customer choice.
Replacement delivery will be done within the normal delivery timeline.

6. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.
