3. Orders

Orders can be placed through the app, WhatsApp, phone call, or in person.

An order is confirmed only after we accept it.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or other issues.

4. Delivery

Home delivery is available within a limited local radius.

Delivery time may vary depending on order volume, weather, or local conditions.

Delivery charges, if any, will be informed before order confirmation.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

5. Payment

We accept cash on delivery and other payment methods as mentioned in the app.

Full payment must be made at the time of delivery or order confirmation.

In case of online payments, Madhumita Variety Stores is not responsible for payment gateway issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or wrong items.

Any issue must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original payment mode or as store credit.

No returns on perishable items unless damaged or incorrect.

Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact details.

Misuse of the app, fake orders, or abusive behavior may result in service denial.
